We are happy to announce that Institute of Humanistic and Existential
Psychotherapy (HEPI) is opening a new Existential Therapy Training
Programme in English, starting with the Basic Level in May 2026 in
Birštonas, Lithuania.

Existential therapy focuses on understanding a person’s way of being
in the world, their life dilemmas, choices, responsibility, and search
for meaning. The programme is grounded in existential and
phenomenological philosophy and combines theoretical learning with
experiential group work, personal therapy, and supervised practice.

The full training consists of the Basic Level, followed by the
Professional Level, and meets the standards of the European Certificate
of Psychotherapy.
